This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay soils characterised by stratification of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: raccolta manuale e fermentazione alcolica in vasche d'acciaio a temperatura controllata. The wine is aged 5 months in steel vats and 1 month in bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
