Riesling 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 600-800 metres above sea level on alluvial soils rich in grit and quartz. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature with short skins maceration. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
