A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sites on gravel and moraine soils, South/South-East facing at 480-550 meters above sea level. Yield per hectare of 60 hectoliters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
