A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of about 15 years at 400 meters above sea level on moraine soils with clayey traces. Vinification: cold maceration on the skins for some hours and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
