This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vineyards at an altitude of 700 meters on gravel soils of moraine origin with sand and silt. Vinification: half ripe and overripe grapes, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel barrels on the lees. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
