This Roero DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Arneis 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in sandy, clayey and calcareous soils at 350 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration for 12 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months on the lees in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in French untoasted barriques. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
