Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Roero DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards a Canale d'Alba, at a height of 250-300 m. above sea level, with limestone-clay soils exposed to the South-West. Vinification: soft pressing, static decantation, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with natural yeats in fiberglass tanks and aged in oak barrels. The wine is aged 30 months in Slavonian oak casks and 4 months in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
