Rosato Bonavita

Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Nocera, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from 10-80 years old at 250-300 meters above sea level, grown as a sapling on clayey soils rich in limestone tuffs. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 12 days and spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. No additives. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
