Rosé Wine 'Primo Fuoco' Fattoria di Sammontana

Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a 0.5 hectare vineyard that houses 20-year-old vines. Vinification: soft pressing and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in 500 l terracotta amphorae. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
