This distinctive wine from Veneto embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Raboso, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in San Polo di Piave, cultivated in Biodynamic farming. Vinification: stemming, slow fermentation in stainless steel with maceration for 30 days, pressing and the end of fermentation in amphorae and in steel vats. No added sulfites and no filtrations. The wine is aged few months in terracotta jars and in steel vats. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
