The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly and predominantly clayey hilly soils between 250 and 300 m a.s.l. with south-east exposure. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 18-20 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged up to 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
