This Rosso di Montalcino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Tuscany terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines. Vinification: de-stemming, soft pressing, slow spontaneaous fermentation with maceration on the skins in in small cement vats. No fining or filtration, and small amounts of sulfites: 22 mg / l. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak Slavonian barrels. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
