A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Rosso di Montalcino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards pruned-spur cordon-trained vines with low yield per hectare at 350 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in wooden casks for 20 days. The wine is aged 12 months in big Slavonian oak. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
