A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Rosso di Montalcino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Castelnuovo dell'Abate between 150 and 350 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 8 months in Slavonian and Frenh barrels then 8 months in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
