A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Rosso di Montepulciano DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) 85%, Merlot 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the high hills, in the locality of Torbe, at 300-420 meters above sea level with south-east exposure on Eocene marl soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
