Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sangiovese 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 280 m above sea level. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: destemming, pressing, maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 30 hl concrete vats for 2-3 weeks. Without filtrations with minum adding of sulphites for a miximum of 35 mg/l. The wine is aged 12 months in cement vats. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
