A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Merlot 35%, Cabernet Franc 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15-25 years vines on clay and limestone soil, at 300-350 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in large oak casks. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 6 months in oak wood barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
