A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Ronchi area ("Rungg" in German) at 250-300 mt of altitude on clay and limestone soil. Vinification: maceration and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique and large wood barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
