Crafted from Sagrantino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines site at 400 meters above sea level, site on clayey soils, East/South/West facing. Yield per hectare to 55 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with 46 days of maceration. Wine Unfiltered and dosed with little sulfur. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats, 24 months in Slavonian oak casks, 12 months in bottle. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
