Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 70%, Merlot 15%, Sagrantino 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly soil at 230 metres above sea level, faced to South East. Organic and biodynamic farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak barrels, 6 months in steel vats and other 6 in bottle. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
