A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 85%, Lagrein 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months in large oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
