Crafted from Schiava (Vernatsch) 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards classic area of Santa Maddalena, 300 meters above sea level on glacial, profiric and sandy soil that is easily heated, pergola cultivation. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged short passage in large oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
