This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 90%, Lagrein 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the pergola system in Santa Maddalena near Bolzano at 300-350 m above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and malolactic one in big oak barels. The wine is aged some months in big oak barrels and in steel tanks.
