This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 95%, Lagrein 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from terraces to the south-east on morainic hills on sandy soil. Vinification: cold maceration for 3 days and fermentation in steel drums. The wine is aged 9 months in large oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
