Crafted from Chardonnay, Catarratto, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and limestone soil, with south-east exposure, from 230-250 metres of altitude. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel on the lees. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
