Tasting Notes

This exceptional Langhe DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo and other red grapes in small percentage, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards south, South-Ovest facing on sandy soils, with gravels and limestone stratifications, at 250 meters on sea level. Vinification: destemming, fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 1 week and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 24 months in barriques. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
