Sauvignon 'AT' Aquila del Torre

This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines of 15 years located at 175-350 meters of altitude on hilly terrain of marls and clay surrounded by woods. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged 9 months in steel. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
