Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards situated on soils consisting of alternating marls and sandstones of Eocene origin. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
