Sauvignon 'Col Matìss' La Tunella

This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: coldmaceration for 36 hours and alcoholic fermentation from pied de cuve in oak Slavonia casks. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels of 30 hl. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
