Tasting Notes

Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 10-20 year-old vines trained by Guyot on mineral-rich primary rock soils, 450 meters above sea level, facing southeast. Vinification: fermentation in 500-liter oak barrels with natural yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 16 months on the lees. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
