Sauvignon 'Urra di Mare' Mandrarossa

This exceptional Sicilia DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey soil faced to South and Aouth-West in Contrada Urra di Mare, near to Menfi. Vinification: cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
