Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Capriva area from vines grown with bilateral Guyot method on hilly terrain composed of marls of ecocenic origin. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 10-12 days. The wine is aged in steel for 4 months and in bottle for 2 months. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
