The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Cornaiano (Appiano) at 350-420 meters above sea level on soils composed of moraine deposits. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 5 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks.
