This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Cornaiano (Appiano) at 350-420 meters above sea level on soils composed of moraine deposits. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 5 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
