Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at 600 metres of altitude on sandy soils with granite and basalt. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with control temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
