This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines located at Siciliar massif on calcareous soils. Vinification: shortly cold maceration in steel vats for 1 week. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks and 6 big oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
