A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in hilly gravelly soils between 240 and 350 metres above sea level, faced to South. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats, with maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 2 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
