Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 80-110 years old vines at 450 m above sea level rooted in calcareous, clayey and gravelly soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 25-20 days, with malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 9 months in big oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
