This distinctive wine from Piedmont embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards facing south west; the composition of the soil is varied, red clay and limestone. Vinification: in oak barrels, with maceration on the skins for the duration of fermentation and manual punching; 20% of whole grapes is put in barrels to ferment (partial carbonic maceration).
