Crafted from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyard of San Gervasio, 700 m. above sea level, with southern exposure, on soils rich in sand. Vinification: maceration for 10 days, then fermentation for twenty days in steel. Withering lasted until mid-December. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
