This exceptional Soave DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in La Broia vineyard, with an exposure to the Southeast, on alluvial soils rich in limestone. Vinification: fermentation in barrels for 80%, the rest in stainless.
