Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyard Monte Florentine, on soils of volcanic origin, rich in minerals. Vinification: fermentazione con lieviti indigeni in acciaio per 10-15 giorni. The wine is aged alcuni mesi sui lieviti in acciaio. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
