'Sopraquota 900' Rosset

This distinctive wine from Valle d'Aosta embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 800-920 meters of altitude on sandy and stony soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation for 1/3 in steel, 1/3 in amphora and 1/3 in wood. The wine is aged some months in acacia barrels. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
