Hailing from Emilia Romagna, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa 85%, Pinot Noir 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 15 years on trachite weathering. Vinification: soft pressing and very short maceration of the skins, refermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti-Charmat method. The wine is aged some months in steel.
