The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the National Park of Vesuvius in the area of Alto Tirone from vines of about 15-25 years located at 350 meters above sea level on volcanic soil rich in potassium. Vinification: cryomaceration in silos, fermentation for 18/24 days and second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method. The wine is aged 30 months on the lees. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
