Crafted from Aglianico 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards five different plots of Vigna Merenda in Sarmassa cru, at 300 metres above sea level on clayey and calcareous soils. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle, according to Classic Method. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
