This Vermentino di Sardegna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sardinia terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soils at 200 m above sea level in Usini village. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging on the lees for 6 months and second fermentation with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 18 months on the lees. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
