A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Vermentino di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on ancient land rich in marine fossils, near the sea. Vinification: prolonged cryomaceration, alcoholic fermentation and long refining on the lees in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats for some months. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
