Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards about 16 years old exposed to winds coming from the sea. Vinification: a part of the must ferments in stainless steel, another smaller part goes through a short passage in barrels. The wine is aged short stay in bottle before being released on the market. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
