This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 50%, Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the high hills of the Oltradige and medium hills of the Bassa Atesina, at 380-700 meters above sea level on calcareous soils with parts of clay. Vinification: first separate fermentation for the varieties in steel at a controlled temperature and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 40 months on the lees. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
High-altitude vineyards and a cool alpine climate give Alto Adige wines exceptional freshness and purity.
