This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Riesling, Sauvignon, Friulano , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a parcel of 5 hectares of ancient vines rooted in the classic lands of marls and sandstones, named "ponca". Vinification: white vinification: fermentation in steel for the three grapes. The wine is aged 10 months in wood barrels of 250 liters similar to a barrique. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
